trying to climb
This isn't exactly news but God Damn! this is some sick climbing! - 9a ....Buuuhhh??? Just came across it while waiting to hit a crag and thought i'd share :)

Funny you should mention core work. Being doing a lot of that in the past two months. Wow, some difference in my climbing strength levels from it!
